1. Definitions

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. abcjl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify abcjl's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you, until you report the suspected unauthorized access to abcjl. All account activity conducted before such notification remains your sole responsibility.

Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to sell or transfer an account will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Deposits and Payments

abcjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the cashier page within the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). abcjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which abcjl accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya transactions are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. abcjl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds received from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. abcjl does not release funds to third-party accounts, regardless of the circumstances or the relationship between the account holder and the third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

abcjl does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and connectivity issues may affect availability. abcjl will take reasonable steps to minimise disruptions but accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

abcjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, registration of multiple accounts, or any other conduct that abcjl determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Upon account termination for cause, abcjl reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not subject to active withdrawal restrictions may be returned to the Player following completion of any required compliance review, subject to applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
